Si a Ibiza se la conoce en todo el mundo por algo es por sus atardeceres mirando al mar escuchando música downtempo. El artifice de todo ello, reconocido por muchos como el creador del concepto de música chill out es José Padilla. Y uno de los espacios que han ayudado a confirmar y expandir este concepto ha sido Cafe Mambo.
